• Individual Psychotherapy

I have experience working with adolescents and adults with a variety of difficulties and concerns, including:

  • Relationship problems
  • Trauma
  • Loss and Bereavement
  • Eating and Body image issues
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Vulnerable Self Image
  • Gender and LGBT concerns
  • Pregnancy and postpartum concerns
  • Parenting issues

I am not an in-network provider but am able to help you submit receipts to your insurance provider to be reimbursed within your out-of-network benefit.

A portion of my practice is also devoted to providing sliding scale services to those who otherwise would not have access to treatment. In these cases, the fee we negotiate is dependent upon your income.

  • Clinical Supervision

I provide clinical supervision services to recent MSW graduates seeking clinical licensure. I am particularly skilled at helping new graduates integrate theory with clinical practice and develop case conceptualizations to guide clinical decision making.

I provide clinical consultation to advanced clinicians seeking to hone conceptualization skills and receive support in providing clinical services.

  • Support for Food Allergy Families

As a mother to two children with food allergies, I am passionate about providing support to food allergy families. I have particular skill in supporting parents of children with life- threatening food allergies to manage the constant anxiety that this threat poses, as well as balancing the child's needs for safety and normalcy. I can help to prepare parents and families for food challenges as well as negotiating safety plans with schools and other systems.
